Our Pizzeria is one of the key areas of Ciliegino©. In order to offer top-level pizzas, we focus on the selection of high quality raw materials and on the culinary skills of our pizza chefs : our pizzas, in fact, are cooked exclusively inside wood-fired ovens and prepared with traditional methods. The success of our pizza derives not only from the cooking, but also from the choice of quality ingredients. We do not use prepared food of any kind, but only strictly controlled mozzarella and hundred per cent Italian extra virgin olive oil . Special mention deserves our dough for pizza, which is prepared in our laboratory, only by our master pizza chef, letting it rise for more than 48 hours before becoming a delicious fragrant and easily digestible pizza( this is the reason why our pizzas in all our restaurants are all the same).
